New AT&T LG G4 update (H81010) fixes lots of things

A new software update is currently rolling out for AT&T LG G4 users and given its changelog, well, we haven’t seen a changelog that lengthy for a while. The new software version will be H81010 after the update.

The update started rolling out on Oct 8, and should be hitting all AT&T G4 sets gradually, over a week’s period or two.

The H81010 update contains some good no. of items to fix and add to device, and that primarily includes battery and touch improvements, LG backup, enhancements to camera, keyboard, calendar, exchange active sync, GPS and security.

Hence the update’s size too. It doesn’t upgrade your Android device no. but is still pretty hefty at 420 MB.

If you are using AT&T LG G4, then be sure to check for an update under Settings > About phone.
