Puka Membership turns eligible Fons earnings and completed level objectives into character and Arc selectors, outfits, and City Tycoon benefits.
The Puka Membership Program is a City Tycoon progression track arriving in Version 1.4. The global update is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, giving players a new place to direct Fons earnings after Tycoon Incentive.
Like Tycoon Incentive, membership pairs an earnings requirement with an objective before you can collect a level’s reward. This guide covers the launch preparation, progression choices, rewards, fund caps, and Fons-paid upgrades.
How to unlock the Puka Membership Program in Neverness to Everness
Choose where your eligible Fons count, then save claimable income and activities for the update.
1 – Choose the earnings track and satisfy its level objectives

Open the Puka Membership Program and Tycoon Incentive tabs in City Tycoon once you reach City Tycoon Level 16. If Tycoon Incentive is unfinished, you can direct earnings there first and benefit from a higher Fons accumulation rate before switching to Puka Membership; its rewards run through Level 45.

Wallet income contributes to membership progression.

The reward track previews its later selectors and cosmetics as you move through membership levels. A character selection box can also provide a duplicate upgrade, such as bringing Sakiri to A1.
Open the reward-track overview to preview later milestone prizes while deciding which rewards you want to work toward.
What benefits do Puka Boot Camp and higher fund caps give?

Membership also expands the Tycoon Incentive Fund cap and opens Puka Boot Camp. The cap controls how much the biweekly fund can yield; it is not an automatic payout. Boot Camp uses Fons payments for account stat improvements covering Attack, Defense, HP, and Crit Rate.
Can purchased Fons advance Puka Membership?
Yes. Purchased Fons count toward membership progression. The two Fons-bearing limited-time packs include a larger second offering, alongside the usual weekly and biweekly packs.
In the in-game gift center, the inspected shop offerings include 300,000 Fons with materials, plus packs showing 50,000 and 900,000 Fons.
However you earn eligible Fons, membership progression still pairs the earnings requirement with a level objective. Reaching its milestones gives you the listed rewards and access to Fons-paid account upgrades through Puka Boot Camp.
