How to complete Friends in Deep Places
Head to the P.I. Office immediately after the “Glugging from the Deep” mission unlocks on your compass. Speak directly with Cameron Bozo, whose face icon appears to guide you there.
Progress through the mission’s early port section, grabbing any nearby items like the Can of Sea Slugs for the concurrent “Slugs in the Shell” job if accepted.
Step 1
Descend into the underwater areas following the main objectives.
Step 2
Spot the enormous submarine wreckage or structure clearly visible on your right as you traverse the area—use your tail to swing or platform across any gaps leading toward it.
Step 3
Locate the prominent ladder immediately adjacent to the submarine’s position on the right.
Climb it swiftly to avoid patrolling enemies below.
Step 4
Follow the linear side path at the ladder’s top. At the top, go to the safe.
Pick the lock.
And get Schematics.
Step 5
Turn around and reach the path’s dead end, where your contact awaits in a small alcove.

Backtrack safely to the main path, complete the rest of “Glugging from the Deep,” and return to the P.I. Office post-mission to hand in to Cameron Bozo.
