Motorola Razr MAXX for UK — Specs, Release Date and Price

Good news for those in the UK looking to buy a smartphone that doesn’t run out of juice before the day ends. The Motorola RAZR MAXX is officially on its way to the UK and will be available for purchase from mid-May. Already reported to be on its way to Europe, the RAZR MAXX sports a gargantuan 3300 mAh that provides 17.6 hours of continuous talk time according to Motorola.

Other specs of the device are similar to the Droid RAZR. A 1.2 GHz TI OMAP processor, 1 GB of RAM, a 4.3″ qHD (540×960) SAMOLED display, an 8 MP camera and Android 2.3 Gingerbread powering the software (too bad about that). With hardware like that and an accompanying 330 mAh battery, the RAZR MAXX is the perfect choice for demanding smartphone users.

The RAZR MAXX will go on sale for a price of £430 including VAT according to retailers and as noted above, you’ll be able to get your hands on one from mid-May. Are you planning on picking one up? Let us know in the comments.
