Snowworm is the most efficient Tarstone XP target in Mortal Shell II, returning 160 XP from only 130 health. That is 4.9 times more XP per point of health than Solnir, the Gloom Seeker, which pays the biggest raw reward in the game at 800.
The biggest Tarstone payouts are the worst places to farm
Tarstone XP scales with how dangerous an enemy is, and so does its health pool. The two rise together, which means chasing the largest reward number is close to the least efficient thing you can do. A 800 XP kill that takes minutes of careful fighting loses badly to a 160 XP kill you can finish in seconds and repeat.
Ranking every enemy by reward per point of health inverts the obvious order almost completely.

Position 1 is the most efficient. The XP column is what you gain; the health column is roughly what you pay for it.

Why the ranking is a shortlist and not a route
Reward per point of health assumes damage output is what limits you. It is not the only thing that does. Kill speed also depends on animation locks, how much an enemy dodges or blocks, how densely it spawns, and how far you travel between spawns. A frail enemy that spends the fight running away is a poor farm whatever its ratio says.
Use the order above to decide where to look, then test the loop yourself.
