Start by crouching underneath the statue’s shield so you can line up the climb.

Move to the very top of the twig wrapped around the statue.

Jump toward the shield
Jump from the twig toward the shield and land on top of it.

Back up on the shield
Adjust backward a little if your character is not lined up for the next jump.

Returner Woodlings, Soul Trees, and Soul of Return extraction belong to the normal Woodling extraction route. That system uses Return Chime icons, a timed blue portal, a Returner Woodling fight, and a Soul Tree escape path; it is not the same thing as the secret Windrest bow questline.
