Magisk 18.0

Magisk is probably one of the most popular rooting tools in the present day for various reasons and now the developers have released a new update not only for Magisk but also for Magisk Manager and Magisk Uninstaller.

The latest update bumps the software version number of Magisk to 18.0 while Magisk Manager is now available as version 6.1.0. As for the Uninstaller, you are getting the latest version dated December 8, 2018.

  • Modify database natively instead of going through Magisk Manager
  • Deprecate path /sbin/.core, please start using /sbin/.magisk

  • Remove native systemless hosts (Magisk Manager is updated with a built-in systemless hosts module)
