How to get the Lightning mutation in Break and Steal an Egg
Wait for the Thunderstorm notification announcing that hatched pets can become Lightning. That’s your signal to begin.
Travel to an egg area
Leave your base and head into an egg area, such as the Snowy Zone, to start hatching during the event.
Break eggs until a Lightning pet hatches
Use your pickaxe to keep breaking eggs while the Thunderstorm is active. Continue until a pet hatches with the Lightning mutation.
