LG G6, in all its splendor, is a smartphone to look out for. Apart from the solid internal hardware and latest software, the phone will redefine the user experience as well with its new user interface UX 6.0.

The new UX garners maximum advantages of LG G6’s expansive Full Vision display and brings it to good use. On the camera front as well, the UX has been deployed to enhance the convenience and up the fun. The expansive 18:9 screen aspect ratio display of LG G6 upgrades the camera UX by enabling users to take and review photos simultaneously, something not of heard of often.

Two camera features provided by LG UX 6.0 which just stand out are Square Camera feature and Food Mode. In the Square Camera mode, the 18:9 display gets divided into two identical perfect squares. Through one square users can shoot images in 1:1 format, a popular format on social media apps such as Instagram, while the other square sits there for review. Food Mode, on the other hand, is a new shooting mode to capture food videos of high color quality and ideal saturation.

And then there’s the GIF option which enables users to create GIF files by combining anywhere from 2 and 100 pictures in a loop.

Now all these was theoretical details about the LG G6 camera UX. With so much blending into one UX, we just can’t wait for a live and practical experience, which should be happening soon on February 26th at MWC, Barcelona.
