The LG G5 has finally been announced now and there’s so much new tell about the 2016 flagship phone from LG.
The LG G5 features a revamped UX 5.0 interface with one very distinctive feature — no app drawer. The G5 features no app drawer on the homescreen, meaning you get all your apps accessible to you right on the homescreen. Yes, like the iPhones.
We aren’t sure if Android folks would welcome this change to iPhone style launcher from LG, but what we’re sure about is many of you would be interested in giving it a go, even when you hate iPhones so much.
But of course would never release the launcher for everyone’s downloading pleasures, so this is where our awesome community of third-party Android developers who’d get the LG G5 launcher ported over to various Android devices out there.
The LG G5 launcher APK isn’t available for download yet since we don’t have the G5 system dump or full firmware yet with us. Once that’s available, the holy folks over at xda won’t take it long to port the G5 launcher for LG G4, V10, G3 and other LG devices (if not all Android devices).
We’ll update this post once LG G5 launcher apk is available and when it’s successfully ported for use on other Android devices. Stay tuned..
