Lenovo Yoga A12 is a cheaper, less powerful Yoga Book that runs Android

Lenovo has announce a new Android powered notebook called the Yoga A12. The notebook has a futuristic design and looks exactly like the Yoga Book. The difference between the two is the specifications, the price and the OS.

The Lenovo Yoga A12 is a great looking notebook and it features a fully foldable design. The hinges allow for the notebook to be folded both ways, which means you could also use it as a tablet. However, unlike the Yoga Book, this does not come with a stylus.

The backlit keyboard on the Yoga A12 is capacitive and provides haptic feedback. There are no actual keys, it’s just a flat surface, but Lenovo says that the keyboard can learn your typing style and speed in a few hours of usage.

The Yoga A12 comes with a 12.2-inch 720p touchscreen display, an Intel Atom x5 processor, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal flash storage, Dolby Atmos powered speakers, and a battery that can last up to 13 hours of usage. The tablet/notebook runs on Android 6.0.1 and Lenovo has plans to upgrade it to Nougat. Lenovo will start selling the Yoga A12 2-in-1 notebook at a price of $299 in the U.S. starting tomorrow on their official website.
