Last month a LeEco phone that’s yet-to-be-unveiled appeared on Geekbench shedding light on some of its specs. Now, a few live images of the same smartphone with model number Le X920 have surfaced on the internet.
As it’s clearly visible from the image above, the smartphone is running the two-year-old Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. Also, there’s a year-old Snapdragon 820 chipset under-the-hood.
That’s disappointing for sure, but considering the company’s financial state, we can’t blame it either.

Alongside the Snapdragon 820 chipset, there’s Adreno 530 GPU, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of ROM. There are no changes in terms of design. The fingerprint scanner sits on the rear side of the handset just beneath the camera module. And, as usual, there’s company branding at the bottom side of the rear.
The LeEco Le X920 is considered to be the successor of the Le Max 2, the Le Max 3. But considering the above specifications of the device, the Le Max 3 doesn’t seem to bring any huge changes, i.e., if and when the company releases it.
