Lava Iris X1 Beats with K-class Amplifier launches in India for INR 6552 ($105)

For all music lovers, we have some exciting news coming in your way. Indian smartphone maker Lava has launched the new Iris X1 Beats. The phone is now listed on the company’s website for Rs 6,552 and will be available in White-Silver, White-Gold and Ink-Black colors.

The company’s official website has not revealed anything about the release date; though we can expect the smartphone to hit store shelves very soon.

Lave Iris X1 beats has the same design as its siblings but has its own unique features.  The Iris X1 Beats packs a K-Class amplifier, which along with its built-in Stereo Speakers will offer high quality music.

The device sports a 5-inch (480 X 854 pixels) FWVGA IPS display and is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core processor. X1 Beats packs 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD cards.

Coming to the camera, the phone has a 5MP rear auto-focus shooter with LED flash support and 0.3MP front-facing camera. The dual-SIM Iris X1 beats runs on Android 4.4. KitKat out of the box.

Other goodies include Smart Wake-up and Gesture controls, which allows you to jump directly into the apps from the lock-screen. You can define your own gestures or patterns to land on specific apps such as music, camera and others. A 2200mAh battery delivers up to 11 hours of talk time on 3G network and lasts for as long as 6 days on standby.
