Did OnePlus just teased OnePlus 5’s front design in a 3D render?

What’s an hour without any rumor/leak about the upcoming device from Oneplus, the OnePlus 5? To recall, OnePlus will launch on June 20 at an event that will be live streamed globally. In addition to that, there will be a separate launch event in India scheduled for June 22.

Yesterday, OnePlus officially introduced the rear side of OnePlus 5 by posting an image of OnePlus 5 on their official Twitter handle. However, only the backside was revealed and not the front side.

Now, OnePlus has posted a new image on its official Weibo account and it shows a device (a 3D render actually) put on a table alongside a ticket to OnePlus 5 conference that is to happen soon in China. We guess the device on table is a render of OnePlus 5 from the front. However, take this with a pinch of salt as the camera position on the render doesn’t fall in line with what we saw in the official press render leak previously.

Interestingly, OnePlus 5 devices will go on sale the very next day after its launch in some countries. In India, the smartphone will go on sale from June 22 via Amazon India.

OnePlus 5 will feature a dual rear camera, which has been confirmed by the image posted by the official Twitter handle of OnePlus. About other specs of the device, OnePlus 5 will feature Snapdragon 835 processor coupled with 8GB of RAM and 64/128GB of ROM. It will flaunt 5.5-inch QHD display and 3,300mAh battery will provide the juice.
