Huawei is expected to launch its flagship device, the Mate 10 in October, to be precise on October 16. As per previous reports, Huawei Mate 10 was the first device to feature EMUI 6.0. However, in a strange turn of events, some users have spotted EMUI 6.0 on Honor V9.
Yes, you read that right. Honor V9. Who would have thought that Huawei would send it to V9 first instead of launching it with Mate 10. Further, EMUI 6.0 is based on Android 8.0 Oreo as per users.

In the screenshots uploaded by some users, the EMUI 6.0 update is shown on model DUK-306. If you remember, DUK is the Huawei Honor V9 model code.
While we can’t vouch for the authenticity of EMUI 6.0 on Honor V9, Huawei Mate 10 will definitely come preinstalled with EMUI 6.0. The other devices that will receive EMUI 6.0 update are Huawei P10, Huawei P10 Plus, Huawei Mate 9, Huawei Nova 2, and Huawei Nova 2 Plus.
