In a little over a month, Huawei will be in Paris, France to unveil the P20 and P20 Plus and as you’d expect, the closer we get to the event, the more we keep seeing newer details about the phones.
Last week, the Huawei P20 and P20 Plus stopped by China’s TENAA and while we only got to know the phones’ model numbers, a new listing on the same platform now gives us what is the first official look at the P20 flagship.
We have seen several rumors pointing towards a tri-lens camera for the Huawei P20 and P20 Plus, however, a recent report suggested otherwise – that it’s only the latter model that will get three lenses on the back. Looking at the images on TENAA, we can confirm that it’s indeed true that the standard P20 will stick to Leica-branded dual lenses set up vertically, nearly similar to the iPhone X.
Speaking of the iPhone X, the images also point to a notch-like design on the front panel for housing the selfie camera and other sensors. The front-mounted fingerprint scanner is still in place, just like we had seen in previously leaked renders.
