Huawei P20 and P20 Pro users have a new update that brings quite a number of improvements to the functionality of the duo.
The newly released EMUI 8.1 is receiving a new minor update that bumps the version to 8.1.0.132, up from the previous 8.1.0.123 and with it comes gestures, camera optimizations for improved image quality, and display optimizations to improve brightness when either of the Huawei P20 and P20 Pro is in power saving mode.

Huawei says the update is rolling out in batches, meaning not everyone who has joined the EMUI 8.1 beta program will get it today. Also, this update is so far limited to model numbers EML-AL00 and EML-TL00 for the P20 and CLT-AL00, CLT-AL01, CLT-TL00, and CLT-TL01 for the P20 Pro.
