Huawei’s last year’s flagship phablet, the Mate 9 could get two new color additions in the form of Topaz Blue and Agate Red.
The aforementioned color variants of the Huawei Mate 9 were spotted floating around Weibo earlier today. As of now, we don’t know when or if the company will ever launch these color variants.
However, the leaked images look pretty legit, and could very well be the official press renders of Topaz Blue and Agate Red Mate 9.

Launched back in November last year, the Mate 9 is currently available in five different colors including Arctic White, Gray, Mocha Brown, Moonlight Silver, and Champagne Gold.
As is the case with all the other high-end Huawei handsets, the Mate 9 features a Leica co-engineered dual camera setup (20MP + 12 MP) on the back. It rocks a huge 5.9-inch QHD display at the front.
There’s 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage space paired with the company’s in-house Kirin 960 chipset under-the-hood. The smartphone runs Android 7.0 Nougat based EMUI 5.0 out-of-the-box and is backed by a 4,000mAh battery.
