Huawei Honor 6X Nougat beta rollout begins in Germany, build B130

Huawei has started a beta test for the Honor 6x Nougat update in Germany, according to a new report. The recruitment for beta users started yesterday and selected users will get to try out the Android 7.0 Nougat beta on their Honor 6x.

The beta program for users in had kicked off in Pakistan earlier this month. Now, it’s available for users in Germany. The user will have to update to the the beta build B130 to start receiving the Nougat betas.

The BLN-L21C432B130 update is already available as an OTA, or it can be downloaded and installed manually. You will receive the update after signing up using the Huawei Beta app. Only 150 selected users will start receiving the Nougat beta for testing.

To install the Nougat beta, your Honor 6x must not be bootloader unlocked, or be rooted or have a custom recovery. The beta may take a few days or a week to be available. Huawei recently announced that the Honor 6x would receive the Nougat update in March, and it looks like preparations are under way.
