HTC is expected to unveil few devices for launch in 2017, and X10 looks to be one of them. Today, we spotted a new device going by the codename of 2PYR1XX from HTC at Bluetooth SIG, we believe it to be the X10.
HTC has an event scheduled for January 12, 2017, dubbed as U, where the company could unveil the X10.
But that’s not all on the cards for the Taiwanese tech giant, as its long rumored Ocean series of phones — that’s also a codename — is also being seen as set for release in Q1 2017. The Ocean series itself could sport three handsets: Ocean Master, Ocean Note and Ocean Smart.
We have a clue of HTC X10 specs are gonna be, and at the moment, it seems the device will feature a 5.5″ Full HD display up front, with MediaTek P10 chipset running things inside, coupled with 3GB of RAM and Android 7.0 OS.
If HTC announces the X10 on January 12, then it could on the shelves in Jan end or February, at the price currently rumored to be around 2000 yuan, or $290.
