The HTC Camera application on Google Play has received an update bringing the RAW image support to the One M9. Before the launch of its flagship smartphone, HTC tipped that the device will receive the RAW image support, but it did not reveal a specific time frame of when this feature will be unlocked.
If you own an HTC One M9, you can download the latest version of the HTC Camera application from the Play Store on your device. Once the update is installed on your smartphone, you can see the RAW camera mode activated and use the same via the HTC Camera app.
You can use the RAW image support by tapping the camera mode button at the bottom right corner selecting the RAW Camera option.
This update will bring other features such as Crop-Me-In mode that was available on the HTC One (M8 Eye) running on Android 5.0 Lollipop and Desire Eye, ability to add and remove camera modes and adjust the divider in the Split Capture mode to the HTC Camera app.
