We already know that the HTC One X+ is coming soon to Telus, but the Canadian carrier has been quite tight-lipped about availability timelines and pricing insofar. The HTC One X+ is the beefed up successor to the HTC One X which was released in early 2012, and is already being heavily promoted by HTC, with Rihanna giving away a free HTC One X+ smartphone to a lucky member of the audience on the Toronto leg of her 777 tour.
Our friends over at Mobil Syrup were tipped off based on leaked information from Best Buy Canada, which seems to indicate that Telus would be offering the HTC One X+ for $129 with a three year contract. Which is a pretty attractive price, considering all the power this baby packs. A contract free One X+ though, as you can see in the screen capture above will set yo back by $650, which is just $20 more than the HTC One X, which is available for an outright price of $630.
For those who missed the details on the HTC One X+, here are the specs recapped for your reference below:
- 1.7 GHz Tegra 3 quad-core processor
- 4.7″ Super LCD2 720p display
- 1GB RAM
- 64GB storage
- 8 megapixel rear camera, ImageSense chip
- 1.6 megapixel front facing camera
- 2100 mAh battery
