Complete Start’s Contact Sawtooth operation, then use the Holotable‘s Missions tab, scroll to the far-left Ryloth node, select No Clone Left Behind, and open its briefing.
Key No Clone Left Behind is Trick’s rescue mission for Sergeant Sawtooth, a former member of the 100th Clone Company. Unlocking its mission card and launching the briefing are separate parts of the process, so completing the prerequisite operation does not immediately begin the tactical mission.
What you need before No Clone Left Behind appears

Trick’s request may appear around Cycle 5, although its timing can vary with campaign progress or later updates. The closer-comms option can leave the assigned operators injured, but treating them in the Medbay afterward keeps the mission chain moving.
