What are Snapchat games

Snapchat introduced simple but fun games right within its app. You can play these games with friends that are online and double the fun on your Snap time. These games use your Bitmoji avatar to represent you in the game. This gives the games a personal touch and makes it feel like you are actually playing with your friend!

Originally, Snapchat only had three games. But recently, they have launched a total of nineteen games. The games are quite easy to pick up but quite difficult to perfect. They are multiplayer, so you can either team up with your friend, or play against them, depending on the game.

Snapchat games are quite varied, in that each game is quite different from the next. Some of them are built on older concepts. For example, ‘Ready Chef Go’ is a remake of the classic ‘Diner Dash‘, while ‘Snake Squad’ is built around the lines of our favorite ‘Snake’ game. There are also some common to see games like ‘Bowling’ and ‘Bitmoji Tennis’ but with shiny new takes.

Even though these games are multiplayer, you can play them without the other person being online too. Of course, you will not be able to compete with them, but you can still practice! Some games let you play with strangers until your friend joins in. For example, Snake Squad will let you join the game even though your friend has not yet joined. You can compete with other players just as you normally would. Your friend can join in and drop out at any point, without affecting your game.

Snapchat games are a fun way to stay connected with your friends. They are usually quite short, lasting just a few minutes tops!

Best two-player Snapchat games

If its two-player games you’re looking for, Snapchat has some neat ones! Here are some of the best two-player games that Snapchat has to offer.

Snake Squad

Snake Squad was one of the original games first introduced when Snapchat launched its game section. Old though it is, there is something about this game that just keeps players coming back.

Snake Squad has players eat stars to get as big as they can. When played in two-player, you can join forces with your friend and try and trap other players. Circle around smaller snakes to trap them and finally kill them. Then, of course, you get to feast on their stars!

Bitmoji Tennis

As the name suggests Bitmoji Tennis is a basic tennis game that uses your Bitmoji avatar to represent you in the game. This game is incredibly addictive and can also turn quite competitive!

The game starts with a training mode that teaches you how to play. Once you complete that, you enter the Challenger mode. Here you can compete against your friend to see who is better at virtual tennis! The game also uses your gyroscope to help you aim the ball.

Color Galaxy

Play it once, and probably won’t put your phone down. Color Galaxy is very similar to those addictive Voodoo games that you come across frequently on the Google Play Store. Only this time, you can go ahead and kill your friend, instead of a stranger!

Color Galaxy has you try to occupy as much of the surface as possible. Use your car to drive around to close up the gaps to conquer a territory. The game has but one rule. Do not go over your own tail. Cutting your tail will result in immediate death!

Subway Surfers Airtime

Based on the old Subway Surfers game, Subway Surfers Airtime has a small catch. You have to keep tapping the screen to boost yourself! The game pits you against your friend in a realtime competition to see who can go the furthest while collecting the most coins.

You can then use your collected coins to upgrade your airtime, but different outfits, etc.
