Begin by creating your Ride A Pet! private server. If your egg’s too small, leave and wait a few seconds for the server to finish restarting before rejoining. Find the egg again, and repeat until you find one you want to keep.

Start by creating your own private server for the hunt. Its occupancy matters before you begin.

Select Join beside your private server to enter the game.

Search across the map and look at the egg’s size. The example search starts at Your Ranch and uses a red dragon mount to fly toward the hills.

Open the game menu and select Leave when the egg isn’t worth keeping. Confirm that you want to leave when the dialog appears.

Wait before rejoining
Pause for a few seconds on the private-server list so the server can finish shutting down and restarting. Select Join to return to the same server.

Add Eternal Tracker to the hunt
Optionally activate Eternal Tracker before a search or while hunting to help locate the egg.
One showcase run found a small Cherub Egg in a tree and a much larger one in a rocky mountain crevice. It took about five rejoins, described as a lucky result; the inventory displayed 527.76K KG at 0:41. Those locations were discoveries during that run, not a fixed search route.
For travel, the game’s loading tip names Kitsune as its fastest pet.
Use Eternal Tracker to locate eggs during repeated searches
Eternal Tracker lasts five minutes, and leaving and rejoining the server doesn’t remove its active effect. That lets you carry it through repeated searches during its duration.
Its green waypoint marker points toward the egg and displays the distance, giving you a direction to follow across the map. The 0:45–0:54 tracker demonstration includes following that marker while flying high on the dragon mount.
