Noom is a modern-day weight loss app that allows you to record your calorie intake and in turn, gives you personalized diet plans that can help you get fit or lose weight depending on your needs.

The Noom app assigns you a personal health coach as well that helps develop personalized diets for you as well as helps you keep motivated. You also get access to their social media platform where you can share your success stories as well as get inspired by other people.

While this approach to health and weight loss might work for some people, it is not for everyone. And if you are subscribed to Noom and not experiencing any results then you might want to cancel your subscription. Let’s take a look at how you can cancel the Noom subscription.

How to cancel your Noom subscription?

Here are various methods to cancel a subscription on Noom. We have included various ways to cancel the subscription as it depends on whether you subscribed via App Store/Play Store or the web through their website.

On iPhone and iPad when subscribed via the Web

If you availed your subscription to Noom via their website then follow the procedure below to cancel your subscription.

Open the Noom app on your device and tap on the chat bubble in the top right corner of your screen.

Now select either the bot; Concierge Eva or your personal health specialist to proceed. Once you have initiated a chat with them, simply let them know that you would like to cancel your subscription to Noom.

Your health specialist or Eva will then send you an email link to cancel your Noom subscription. Head over to your email ID and follow the instructions in the email to cancel your subscription. Ensure that you do not post your request in the ‘My group‘ chat as the Noom support team will not be able to help you there.

Note: If you are unable to find the email in your primary inbox then ensure to check the spam folder as well as the trash folder. Chances are that the email from Noom was classified as spam by your email service. If you have a filter in place to sort through phishing and spam emails then it is highly likely that the email was classified as spam by your email service.
