Open the HBO Max on your smartphone and tap on the profile icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.

Tap on ‘Add adult‘ if you wish to create a new profile for an adult member or tap on ‘Add kid‘ if the user of the new profile is going to be underage. This will restrict HBO to show only age-friendly content on that profile.
Now enter the name for the new profile in the text field at the top of your screen. Next, select your profile image below. Once you are done, tap on ‘Save‘ to save the new profile you just created.
Your newly created profile will now be saved and you will be able to change to it using the ‘Switch Profiles‘ option in your Profile menu.
