Yesterday at the MWC, Huawei’s sub brand, Honor announced that their device, the Honor 6 Plus would be available in the UK in a few months. The device was seen some time back at the CES after its Chinese launch. And now, the device will be available in the Europe too. Also, we learned that another Honor device, the Honor 4x is also going to be available in Europe in the coming months.
The Honor 4x is a mid-range phone offered by the company and, it was launched in the Chinese market at about the same time as the Honor 6 Plus. Getting down to the specifications, both the Honor 4x and the Honor 6 Plus sport a 5.5 inch screen. The former comes with a 720p display while the latter offers a 1080p display. The Honor 6 Plus is equipped with 3GB of RAM while the Honor 4x packs 2GB of RAM.
Camera wise, the 6 Honor Plus features an 8MP camera at the front and back while the Honor 4x has a 13MP rear shooter and a 5MP camera on the front. In terms of memory, the Honor 6 Plus has 16GB of internal memory in the 3G model while the LTE model packs 32GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 128GB through a microSD card slot. On the other hand, the Honor 4x is equipped with 8GB of internal memory which can be expandable up to 32GB. Both the devices run on Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
Lastly we are left with the price of Honor 6 Plus, but there’s no official word on that yet. However, we can expect it to be somewhere around £200 to £250.
