Google Play Store update rolling out as version 8.3.73

play store 8.3.73

Google is rolling out a new minor update for the Play Store and you can get it right away from our Play Store downloads page. The latest update carries the version number 8.3.73. The update is rolling out in stages, so don’t be worried if you’re still using an older version of Google Play Store.

Just last week, Google updated the Play Store to version 8.3.72, which didn’t really bring any new features as such. It was only a minor update, and similarly, the new version released today doesn’t bring anything new to the table.

Most of the Android smartphones are running version 8.3.41, which brought a few new features such as Quick Install, Fast Scroll, FAB button, and some more. These minor updates are probably just improvements over that one, to make things more stable.

In the latest Play Store 8.3.73, there isn’t anything new, as mentioned earlier, but we’re going to looking into the code to see if we can spot anything. If we do, we’ll update the post later with the findings! The latest APK is available below. You can download it and install it on your smartphone manually.
