Well, well, well. If leaks are to be believed, this post might break your heart. The latest leak about the upcoming successors of Google Pixel and Google Pixel XL i.e. Google Pixel 2 and Google Pixel XL 2 suggests that Google has skipped many common flagship features of 2017.
For the starters, none of the devices will feature a dual rear camera as was anticipated earlier. Besides that, the new leak suggests that there will be no smaller bezels. However, recently, we saw a contrasting report that suggested smaller bezels for Pixel XL. It could be that smaller Google Pixel 2 will sport similar display to last year’s Google Pixel and the larger variant will get smaller bezels.
On the other hand, Google is following one latest trend of the recent flagship devices. Unfortunately, it’s no good news. Well, the leak suggests that Pixel devices won’t feature a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Further, the leak suggests the smaller Google Pixel 2 will be manufactured by HTC, similar to last year; however, Google Pixel XL 2 will be manufactured by LG and not HTC as reported earlier.
On the brighter side, Google Pixel 2 will feature front-facing stereo speakers and squeezable frames similar to HTC U11.
