Open Events Overview, choose Silverwing in Pursuit of the Moon, and review Having Met You, My Heart Is Gladdened under Festive Priorities. Find Next Year’s Moon, Just as Bright there and select Go to Quest. Even a festival stroll has an appointment with the clock.

The first objective is “Wait until two days later (12:00 – 16:00).” Once the quest starts, it changes to “Pay a visit to Lan Yan.” The “Next Year’s Moon, Just as Bright Started” banner marks that change.

Open the Paimon menu, select the Time widget, and move ahead two in-game days to any time from 12:00 to 16:00 to start the quest. 12:01 is one valid setting.

Follow Lan Yan’s festival conversations
Lan Yan sits at the tea-terrace table with Ningguang, Aunt Lan, Lan Yu, and Uncle Lan. After Ningguang thanks her, the Traveler and Paimon request a conversation with Lan Yan. Ningguang allows her to step away.
As the conversation moves to the harbor pathway, Zhongli joins them and the Grandmaster comes up in discussion. Zhongli comments on the swallows in Chenyu Vale. He leaves to buy tea leaves at the nearby market.
In the waterfront conversation, the Traveler and Paimon ask Lan Yan for another festival tour. She suggests the food street first. Finish the conversation to see the quest completion banner and receive the rewards.
