Clean The Squishies! is faster when you treat each store like a sorting route instead of a scavenger hunt. Pick a category, fill your hands with matching squishies, place them on the right shelves, then turn the cash and Squishies you earn into upgrades, Magic, and farming bonuses.

How the cleaning loop works

Your job is to pick up squishies from the floor and place each one on its correct shelf. Correct placements give you cash for upgrades and Squishies points for Magic rolls, so every clean shelf pushes your next run forward.

The slow beginner habit is grabbing whatever is closest. That fills your carry slots with mixed toys, sends you back and forth across the store, and makes it harder to finish shelves cleanly. Work with one or two categories at a time so every trip has a purpose.

Fast store clear priority

The fastest early pattern is to remove the largest and easiest-to-read shapes first. Once those are gone, the floor is less crowded, smaller squishies stand out more clearly, and you waste less time scanning for one last item in a messy pile.

Animals should lead the route because they are usually the biggest squishies and have distinct shapes. Dumplings are next because they are still large and simple to sort, while Food and Mochi become easier after the bigger categories are out of the way.

Store route for faster clears

Use this order as your default route whenever a fresh store looks crowded.

Animals first

Pick out the large animal squishies so the floor becomes easier to read.

Dumplings next

Clear dumplings while the remaining big shapes are still easy to spot.

Food after that

Sort food squishies once the animal and dumpling clutter is gone.

Mochi late

Handle mochi when there is more open floor space and less visual noise.

Everything else last

Clean up the remaining categories after the main shelves are under control.

Upgrade order for early farming

After capacity feels comfortable, add Walk Speed and Pickup Distance. Those upgrades shine once your sorting route is already clean because they reduce the travel time between piles, shelves, and the next matching pickup.

Magic rolls for faster farming

Magic comes from the Magician NPC in the lobby. Each roll costs 250 Squishies, and each correctly placed squishy gives 1 Squishies point, so steady cleaning naturally funds more rolls.

Because Magic rolls are random, avoid burning points too early just because you can afford one roll. Build points through clean shelf completions, then keep the abilities that directly reduce placing time, searching time, or walking time. Current Magic odds come from the July 14, 2026 build, so ability odds may change after future updates.

Trail and aura bonuses for farming

Once your upgrades and Magic are moving, cosmetics with bonuses become the next farming boost. Use Cosmic Trail when you want more Squishies for additional rolls, and use Lavender Aura when cash is the bottleneck for upgrades.

Redeem it from the Settings gear, enter the code in the code box, then press Redeem. It is a quick boost toward early Magic rolls, so use it before grinding your first batch of Squishies by hand.

Beginner mistakes that slow farming

Random toy grabbing is the biggest time sink because it turns every shelf trip into a mixed cleanup run. Mixing too many categories at once has the same problem: your hotbar fills with items that belong in different places, and your route loses momentum.

Do not ignore Hold Capacity while chasing movement upgrades, and do not reroll Magic repeatedly before you have enough points to keep farming comfortably. It is also worth finishing shelves instead of leaving several almost-complete sections behind, because clean completions keep your cash and Squishies flow steady.
