AT&T Galaxy Note 5 receiving OTA update with June security patch

Samsung Galaxy Note 5 on AT&T is receiving a new firmware update. The update brings latest monthly security patch to the Samsung device.

Arriving as build number N920AUCS4EQF1, the update installs June security patch. It also tags along system improvements and fixes regular bugs. As the performance of your Galaxy Note 5 device is great enhanced with this monthly update, it is highly recommended.

The update, which weighs 16MB, is being rolled out over the air. As such, it may take a while to reach your device. If you are too impatient to wait, there’s an alternate way to know if the update has hit your device or not. For this, go to Settings > About device > System update.

It is highly recommended to take care of two things before hitting the download button. Firstly ensure that your device is at least 50 percent charged and secondly connect it to a WiFi network to avoid extra data charges.
