Asus has unveiled a new smartphone called Pegasus 2 Plus X550 that combines decent specifications and affordable price tag. This new device is the sequel to the manufacturer’s budget friendly smartphone Pegasus X002.
The latest offering from Asus features a 5.5 inch Full HD 1080p display and it is equipped with a 64 bit octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor backed by 3 GB of RAM. The imaging hardware onboard the device includes a 13 MP main snapper at its back and an 8 MP front facing selfie shooter.
The Asus Pegasus 2 Plus is fueled by Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system wrapped with Zen UI and features a dual SIM card slot. The device is energized by a 3,030 mAh battery powering enough juice to it.
Asus has announced that the device will be available in White and Rose Gold color variants. The pricing and availability details of this smartphone are yet to be revealed by the firm.
The Pegasus 2 Plus seems to be a worthy successor to the Pegasus X002. It is not sure if this new model will make its way to the markets outside China, and we need to wait to know about the same.
