Google officially unveiled Android 8.0 Oreo back in August 2017, so the Android version will officially be a year-old next month. While most flagship devices of the modern times are enjoying Android Oreo for a while now, certain Android OEMs such as Samsung and Huawei have fallen short of delivering the major update on time.
The latest news coming out from the Canadian cellular network Fido brings some exciting news for the restless users who are desperately waiting for their Android 8.0 update.

Based on their OS Upgrade Schedule, the Galaxy A5 2017 edition is expected to receive Android 8.0 Oreo in the month of June.
Additionally, the same Android Oreo update is expected to land for the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge users, devices that have already been updated in regions such as South Korea and the United Kingdom.
Huawei P10 Lite is also expected to the receive Android 8.0 update, but it will be in July instead.
