The 2015 flagship device under LG V series, LG V10, is finally receiving the Android Nougat update for T-Mobile. Recently, LG pushed the Nougat update for LG V10 in Hong Kong.
The LG V10 is the predecessor of LG V20 and the upcoming LG V30. The update is arriving on the LG V10 handsets with the build number H90130b. It is an OTA update and will take some time to reach your device.
For those not in the know, Android 7.0 Nougat brings quick app switching (double tap the recent key to go to the last app), split screen mode, revamped notification shade which bundles similar notifications together, clear recent apps button (present at top), a new row of quick settings, easier settings navigation thanks to navigation menu present under hamburger icon and suggested settings.

It is advisable to connect to a good Wi-Fi network before downloading the update and keep your handset charged as high as 50 percent while installing the update.
If you haven’t received the update yet, you can check for it manually via the device settings. Go to Settings – About – Software updates.
Meanwhile, the successor of LG V10, the LG V30 will release on August 31. It won’t feature secondary display but will be equipped with dual rear camera.
