HTC may have been the first to launch a quad-core smartphone but the laggy Sense UI and browsing experiences quickly turned a lot of gazes away.
The One X however is still an excellent piece of hardware that strongly contends with the top dogs of today’s flagship smartphones and the sudden update to Google’s latest and greatest appears to have also dragged a slew of promising optimizations along with it.
HTC may have launched the One X with a quad-Core processor but certain features of the device didn’t feel quite up to snuff for a quad-core device. However, post the update to Jelly Bean, a benchmark boost in AnTuTu and Quadrant appears to be evident, along with a much required browser improvement with this update.
