Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean Update for HTC One X launches in Asia today. One S next in line

HTC One X - JellyBean 4.1.2 Update

I bring good tidings to all those who own a HTC One X!

Nobody saw it coming but it’s just today that the General manager of HTC North Asia, Jack Tong officially mentioned that HTC One X will be getting its share of the delicious dessert Jelly Bean (Android 4.1.2) Today! Not only will this leave the One X with the most up to date Android experience from Google but also all the niceties that come along with it! and if that doesn’t tickle your taste buds there is also the latest version of sense that comes along with this update!

For those of you who are either just catching up or catching your breath after a good jump on reading the header, Jelly Bean comes with certain great features such as Project Butter, Google Now, Expandable Notification (further refined with version 4.1.2) which no more requires pinch gesture to be expanded and many many more minor refinements.

All the above features plus the ‘Amazing Camera and Authentic Sound’ from HTC’s camp should make the One X ‘one’ hell of a device after the update.

Enough talking! It’s time to keep hitting the ‘Check for Updates’ button from the settings menu and don’t forget to leave your comments on what you think about the update post updating.
