In Fisch, all three NPCs (Lantern Figure, Diver, Watchman) spawn only at night on Moosewood island, and they appear sequentially with 5-minute intervals between each spawn. Here’s how to find them.
How to Find All Three NPCs
Step 1: Get the Quest from Todd
Go to Moosewood Village.
And enter the Inn (the house where you spawn).
Talk to Todd NPC on the top bunk bed inside. He’ll give you the quest to find the three ghosts.
Step 2: Wait for Night (or Use Sundial Totem)
All three NPCs only spawn at nighttime. The fastest method is to use a Sundial Totem to immediately switch to night.
Step 3: Find the Lantern Figure (1st)
Once night starts, immediately head to the lighthouse area on Moosewood. The Lantern Figure spawns on the path near the lighthouse, typically on a circular rock to the left of the lighthouse.
Talk to him to get the Tarnished Lantern and equip it.
Step 4: Wait 5 Minutes, Then Find the Diver (2nd)
After talking to the Lantern Figure, a hidden 5-minute timer starts. Wait for it to pass, then go to the Moosewood pond.
The Diver spawns on a rock/ledge right next to the pond water. Talk to him to get the Barnacled Hook Bobber and equip it.
Step 5: Wait Another 5 Minutes, Then Find the Watchman (3rd)
After talking to the Diver, wait another 5 minutes. The Watchman will spawn behind the Angler NPC quest leaderboard on the uphill area of Moosewood. Talk to him to get the Crow Feather Charm.
Step 6: Complete the Quest
Return to Todd and talk to him again. He’ll ask you to convince the figure at the lighthouse. Go to the lighthouse, talk to the NPC in black clothes, and select dialogue options: 1st option → 1st option → 3rd option. Then go downstairs and talk to the bazaar guard to unlock the Shady Bazaar.
Critical Mistakes to Avoid

Don’t expect all three to spawn at once – they appear one by one with 5-minute gaps

Don’t skip equipping the items – you must equip each item after receiving it

Don’t search during daytime – NPCs won’t spawn until night

If you can’t find them, rotate between the three locations – pond → hill behind Angler → lighthouse repeatedly

Use Sundial Totem – it’s the fastest way to get to night instead of waiting.
Once you complete this questline, you’ll unlock the Shady Bazaar underground area in Fisch.
