Chapter 3 of 007 First Light is relatively short when it comes to collectibles, making it one of the easiest chapters to fully complete. The only item you need here is a postcard tied to Malta, and you can grab it within the opening minutes of the mission.

Where the Malta Postcard is located in The Needle’s Eye
The collectible appears during the very first section of the mission at the “Basic Training” checkpoint while following Greenway through the training grounds.
Step 1
Start Chapter 3: The Needle’s Eye and continue until you regain control of Bond during the training sequence.
Step 2
Follow Greenway forward into the outdoor training area instead of rushing directly to the objective marker.
Step 3
Look toward the right side of the training ground. You will notice a small fold-out table with several water bottles placed on top.
Interact with the collectible sitting on the table to pick up the Malta Postcard.

The game naturally pushes you to stay close to Greenway during the training introduction, so many players run straight ahead without exploring the small side setup near the practice grounds. The postcard also blends into the environment because of the compact table and surrounding props.
