Xiaomi has started selling its accessories via its official website in addition to retailing the in partnership with Flipkart. Well, it is the Mi website that sells the accessories including Mi In-Ear headphones at Rs 799, Mi In-Ear Headphones Basic for a pricing of Rs 500, Redmi Note Flip Case at Rs 599 and Redmi Soft Gel Protective Case for Rs 369.
Those users who want to purchase any of these accessories will have to sign in using their Mi account ID or create one if they do not have the same. The firm has also listed the Mi Power Bank in the 5,200 mAh and 10,400 mAh variants on its website, but they are listed as out of stock.
It is likely that Xiaomi will not be selling its Mi accessories via Flipkart and they be made exclusive to the firm’s official website as most of them are out of stock on the retailer.
Though there are no smartphone listings on the official website, it is believed that this move shows that Xiaomi wants to move away from Flipkart soon. There was a confirmation from the India Head of the vendor, Manu Jain that they will be moving away smartphones to their official website in three to six months of time.
