Recently, we told you that the Xiaomi Mi 6 and the Mi 6 Plus, that are going to be announced next month, will come with the Snapdragon 821 processor at first. Only the higher variants, which would be available later on, would include the Snapdragon 835 chipsets.
However, a new report from China is saying otherwise. According to this report, Xiaomi will launch the Mi 6 and the Mi 6 Plus with the SD 835 processor after all. That’s not all, as the report has also leaked the complete specs of both the devices.
The leaked spec-sheet shows that the Mi 6 features a 5.15-inch 1080p display, the Snapdragon 835 processor, 4 or 6GB of RAM, 32, 64 or 128GB of storage, and a 3200mAh battery. In the camera department, a 19MP Sony sensor would be placed at the back, whereas an 8MP camera would be present in the front.
The Mi 6 Plus is said to feature a 5.7-inch 1080p display, a Snapdragon 835 processor, 6GB of RAM, 64 or 128GB of storage, and a 4500mAh battery. The Plus would also feature a dual camera setup with two 12MP cameras at the back. At the front, an 8MP camera would take care of selfies.
A recent leak about the Mi 6 pricing stated that there would be a 256GB variant of the Plus as well, with 8GB of RAM, but that doesn’t seem to be the case here. Therefore, we are not sure what to believe just yet. Xiaomi is said to announce the new Mi 6 and Mi 6 Plus in April.
