Could Verizon get the Galaxy Note 2 first of all US carriers — AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, etc are all said to be lining up? Well, we don’t know that, but Verizon’s Galaxy Note 2 has surely won the first round of rumors and leaks, as certain clear images supposedly of the Galaxy Note 2 at Verizon Wireless have leaked, already.
While the pics look all good and real, you tend to doubt the latter once you take notice of the presence of Verizon’s logo on the home button hard key at the bottom of the phone’s front (the pic at bottom, you see). As also the left and right space to it, where menu and back key resides in case of international Galaxy Note 2, since the pics neither show such keys here and instead have a tampered look on them, for the purpose of, um, hiding something, but what?
Anyway, the back and its plastic with Verizon’s logo look as good and glossy as they would if this were an official pic of Verizon Galaxy Note 2. Which is something to cheer up at the very least, since this could indeed be taken as good hint of Galaxy Note’s release at Verizon Wireless happening soon!
But anyway, we still think that Verizon logo has stayed on the big home button key of big Galaxy Note 2 only for the purpose of identification and such stuff, there will be just too many Galaxy Note 2 variants in US, just like there are too many Galaxy S3 variants. And Sammy loves that!
But hey, let’s not forget about the HTC’s silent assassin, the rumored 481 PPI 5-inch display touting Droid Incredible X phablet, a Galaxy Note 2 competitor, which also looks set to acquire the Droid branding for what it’s worth.
Between the 267 PPI holding 5.5-inch Galaxy Note 2 with a handy stylus and the rumored 481 PPI touting 5-inch HTC Droid Incredible X at Verizon, which one would you favor?
