While several Samsung fans are eager to get their hands on the firm’s latest flagship smartphone duo Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge, the vendor is all set to launch an entry level device Galaxy J1 in the U.S.. This shows the firm’s commitment to keep all its fans contended with devices at different levels.
The Galaxy J1 is an affordable smartphone with a pricing of $115 in India and $135 in Europe. The price of the handset makes it clear that it is a low-end smartphone. Now, it appears like the Galaxy J1 is not restricted to the Asian and European markets as it is likely to enter the U.S. market.
Those folks at TechnoBuffalo have managed to obtain a couple of images of the Verizon branded Galaxy J1 from an anonymous source. The Verizon variant of the device with a logo of the carrier and the device shows that the device will support 4G connectivity unlike the existing models.
Moreover, the Galaxy J1 for Verizon is likely to be a single SIM variant, but there is no evidence confirming the same. As of now, there is no clue about the alleged pricing of the Galaxy J1 that will be launched by Verizon Wireless and we need to wait for an official word regarding the same.
