The mid-ranger T-Mobile LG G Stylo is now receiving an OTA update with Stagefright fix. Software version – H63110i.
After Sprint and AT&T, it’s T-Mobile now rolling out a fix for the Android security vulnerability called Stagefright which let’s a hacker gain control of the precious data on your device, as well as camera and microphone, all through a simple MMS message that you may not even notice.
Stagefright is a serious security bug and you should install a fix for this as soon as a OTA update addressing the issue arrives for your device. For now, T-Mobile is rolling out Stagefright fix for the Nexus devices only, but expect the fix to arrive for more devices in the coming days.
T-Mobile Stagefright fix has so far come for the following Nexus devices:
- T-Mobile Nexus 5 – build LMY48I
- T-Mobile Nexus 6 – build LYZ28J
- T-Mobile Nexus 9 – build LMY48I

- T-Mobile LG G Stylo – version H63110i
