Okay, so T-Mobile is also rolling out the much-coveted OxygenOS 9.5.7 update that improved the camera by some great proportion on the global unit, as confirmed by users on the OnePlus forums (here and here). In case you are wondering, well, model GM31CB is a T-Mobile variant.

But there’s something off about it, too. While T-Mobile says that the update brings camera enhancement, they didn’t take OnePlus’s approach in listing down all the improvements to every single camera (see the long changelog here from OnePlus for the global variant here).

The OxygenOS 9.5.7 update also brings fixes for the touch screen, which we would take to mean goodbye to ghost touch and dead touch in the top right corner, as mentioned in the OnePlus 7 Pro problems page.

The 9.5.7 update for the T-Mobile OnePlus 7 Pro also brings improvements to the Gaming mode, while the messaging app also receives a bugfix treatment.

If you are on T-Mobile, now is the time to check for an update. Go to Settings > scroll down and tap System > scroll down and tap System updates. The device will check for update automatically.
