Anyway, T-Mobile HTC 10 is currently receiving the April security patch. The update, which arrives as an OTA update has version number 2.41.531.44.

The update will hit your device in the coming days. You will get a notification on your device. However, if you want to check it manually, go to device Settings– About – Software updates.

As is the case with any security patch, the update takes care of various security vulnerabilities and brings along fixes to existing bugs. The update includes various other under-the-hood performance improvements as well as other minor system enhancements too.

It is advisable to connect to a good Wi-Fi network before downloading the update and keep your handset charged as high as 50 percent.
