T-Mobile Galaxy Note 8 gets new software update with bug fixes and November patch

T-Mobile has released a new software update for the Samsung Galaxy Note 8, available to users right now. The update is available as an OTA, and brings a couple of fixes along with the latest Android security patches.

As per the brief change-log provided by T-Mobile, the Galaxy Note 8 is getting the November Android security patch. With that, the update also fixes the IMS roaming bug, and improves software stability. Other bugs have also been fixed under the hood.

The build number for this update is N950USQU2BQJA and it’s based on Android 7.0 Nougat. Before installing the update, make sure your device has more than 50 percent charge, and is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or Cellular network. Other US carriers such as Sprint and AT&T have also released updates for the Note 8.
