A week after Verizon commenced HTC 10 Oreo update, Sprint is now seeding the OS for users of the 2016 flagship phone. Not only is the OS available for download over the air, but the carrier has also provided the RUU file for those who want to do things manually.
Although it’s been more than two months since the first instance of HTC 10 Oreo update was reported in the U.S., it usually takes time before carrier variants get a similar treat. With this in mind, it’s nothing strange to see HTC 10 users on Sprint getting Android Oreo months after the OS started rolling out.
The update is available as part of software version 3.18.651.3 and the download file weighs 1.9GB, which is typical of any major OS upgrade. If you haven’t seen the OTA notification, feel free to grab the download file from our HTC 10 RUU file download page. For those who don’t know to install the ROM, the link below has the instructions you need to do so.
