Sony Mobile is involved in testing the most recent Android firmware builds on its Xperia devices. Lately, Australia’s Telstra said that the Xperia Z lineup of smartphones will receive the Android 5.1 update by August this year.

Now, a leaked video shows that the yesteryear flagship smartphone Xperia Z3 has received the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop update. The video shows the new features brought in by the update such as additional options for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi in the notification menu and new icons in the settings menu.

With the inclusion of the drop down box on the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth toggles in the notification menu, you can access a different Wi-Fi network or pair with a Bluetooth device directly from the notification menu. The icons in the settings menu appear flatter and brighter than before as they are in line with the Material Design guidelines.
